Great Location, But Housekeeping Needs Improvement
Housekeeping was lacking, as the bathrooms could use a deep clean. For breakfast, make sure to try the room service. It's delicious but prepare for the $15 price tag per person.

no space to hang clothes and this was a suite of rooms management came to view the room and agreed and this reflected in our final bill

The lobby at hilton was attractive and cute. The queen room with two queen beds was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I appreciated having a refrigerator and a safe in the room. The location was perfect for our visit, just a block from the concert venue, and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

More senior-friendly dining options needed.

The location of this hotel is great and probably why it is on the higher end because the rooms are nothing great.
When we first arrived it took almost an hour for me to get a room even though I requested early check in. When I finally did get a room it smelled like baby diapers.

Convenience to restaurants. Valet and bellmen were extremely helpful and polite.
Our first room was a suite with a roll out sofa bed. There were red stains all over a large section of the carpet. The mattress on the sofa bed was extremely dirty, stained and of very poor quality - even for a sofa bed. My daughter couldn't sleep on it. We had to move to another room after the first night. I would almost expect poor quality furnishings in a room that was $90 per night - but this room was $519 per night. So we certainly expected more. Also on our 2nd night of the stay a fire alarm went off at 2am and we had to evacuate to the sidewalk for half an hour in the cold. Needless to say our entire stay was very disappointing.
